The scope of services

The remuneration for the services provided by the Law Firm is determined each time based on a predetermined hourly rate of work of an attorney-at-law multiplied by the number of hours devoted to the given case. In the case of providing constant legal services for an entrepreneur a lump sum monthly remuneration for the Law Firm may be determined for a specified number of hours of services provided per month. In the case of the service of legal representation in court proceedings, administrative proceedings, administrative court proceedings, proceedings before the Supreme Court or in enforcement proceedings the remuneration of the Law Firm for representing the Client in a case in a given court instance or in enforcement proceedings is agreed each time in advance with the Client.
