Data protection

 

The General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter referred to as: GDPR) has been in force in Poland since May 25, 2018.

Kancelaria Prawna Jolanta Kamińska (hereinafter referred to as: The Law Firm) is the Controller of Personal Data. The Law Firm processes personal data for contact purposes in accordance with Art. 6 subpara. 1 letter f of GDPR and when it is necessary for execution of contract or performance of contract and to fulfil the obligations incumbent on the Law Firm in accordance with Art. 6 subpara. 1 letter b and c of the GDPR.
The person, whose data are processed by the Law Form has the right to object to the processing of data, request access to the data, request rectification of the data, request that the data be deleted, request that the processing of the data be restricted or that the data be transfered. The data are stored in relation to contractual relationships for the duration of the contract and after its termination for the period resulting from the provisions on archiving and the period of limitation. Each entitled person has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office [Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych].
